Having trained with a NACS chimney sweep for 2 years previously and now working for my own business for over 4 years we have a good customer base and appreciate our customers.
The main principle is to be punctual and polite and let the standard of work speak for itself. We work to a tidy clean system and because we do the installation of fireplaces / stoves and chimney relining it gives us a better understanding when it comes to the sweeping and solving chimney problems.
